Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Can any of your associate-gods originate creation and then resurrect it?” Say, “˹Only˺ Allah originates creation and then resurrects it. How can you then be deluded ˹from the truth˺?”

قوله تعالى قل هل من شركائكم من يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده قل الله يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده فأنى تؤفكونقوله تعالى قل هل من شركائكم أي آلهتكم ومعبوداتكم .من يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده أي قل لهم يا محمد ذلك على جهة التوبيخ والتقرير ; فإن أجابوك وإلا ف قل الله يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده وليس غيره يفعل ذلك .فأنى تؤفكون أي فكيف تنقلبون وتنصرفون عن الحق إلى الباطل .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
