سورتوں کے اول جو حروف مقطعہ آئے ہیں ان کا بیان پہلے گزر چکا ہے۔ آیت میں قرآن کی آیتوں کے واضح اور ہر شخص کی سمجھ میں آنے کے قابل ہونے کا بیان فرمایا ہے۔
