They are aware of Allah’s favours, but still deny them. And most of them are ˹truly˺ ungrateful.

فإذا أديت ما عليك، فحسابهم على الله فإنهم يرون الإحسان، ويعرفون نعمة الله، ولكنهم ينكرونها ويجحدونها، { وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ } لا خير فيهم، وما ينفعهم توالي الآيات، لفساد مشاعرهم وسوء قصودهم وسيرون جزاء الله لكل جبار عنيد كفور للنعم متمرد على الله وعلى رسله.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
