˹You would have suffered,˺ had it not been for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you, and had Allah not been Accepting of Repentance, All-Wise.

ولولا تفضُّل الله عليكم ورحمته -أيها المؤمنون- بهذا التشريع للأزواج والزوجات، لأحلَّ بالكاذب من المتلاعنين ما دعا به على نفسه، وأن الله تواب لمن تاب مِن عباده، حكيم في شرعه وتدبيره.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
