Moreover, establish prayer, pay alms-tax, and obey the Messenger, so you may be shown mercy.

يقول تعالى ذكره: ( وأقيموا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ الصلاة ) بحدودها، فلا تضيعوها، ( وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ ) التي فرضها الله عليكم أهلها، وأطيعوا رسول ربكم فيما أمركم ونهاكم ( لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ ) يقول: كي يرحمكم ربكم، فينجيكم من عذابه.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
