( وقال الذين كفروا ) يعني مشركي مكة ، ( أئذا كنا ترابا وآباؤنا أئنا لمخرجون ) من قبورنا أحياء ، قرأ أهل المدينة :" إذا " غير مستفهم ، " أئنا " بالاستفهام ، وقرأ ابن عامر ، والكسائي :" أإذا " بهمزتين ، " أإننا " بنونين ، وقرأ الآخرون باستفهامها .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
