And whoever comes with an evil deed will be hurled face-first into the Fire. Are you rewarded except for what you used to do?

( ومن جاء بالسيئة ) يعني الشرك ، ( فكبت وجوههم في النار ) يعني ألقوا على وجوههم ، يقال : كببت الرجل : إذا ألقيته على وجهه ، فانكب وأكب ، وتقول لهم خزنة جهنم :( هل تجزون إلا ما كنتم تعملون ) في الدنيا من الشرك .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
