And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth, they will definitely say, “Allah!” Say, “Praise be to Allah!” In fact, most of them do not know.

قوله تعالى : ولئن سألتهم من خلق السماوات والأرض ليقولن الله قل الحمد لله بل أكثرهم لا يعلمونقوله تعالى : ولئن سألتهم من خلق السماوات والأرض ليقولن الله أي هم يعترفون بأن الله خالقهم فلم يعبدون غيره . قل الحمد لله أي على ما هدانا له من دينه ، وليس [ ص: 71 ] الحمد لغيره . بل أكثرهم لا يعلمون أي لا ينظرون ولا يتدبرون .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
