On this Day We will seal their mouths, their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify to what they used to commit.

Всевышний описал ужасное состояние неверующих в Последней жизни. Они не смогут отрицать своего неверия и совершенных ими грехов. Каждая часть тела будет признаваться в совершенных ими грехах, ибо Всевышний Аллах может заставить заговорить всякую вещь.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
