الا من هو صال الجحيم ١٦٣
إِلَّا مَنْ هُوَ صَالِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ ١٦٣
إِلَّا
مَنۡ
هُوَ
صَالِ
ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

except those ˹destined˺ to burn in Hell.

( إلا من هو صال الجحيم )
إلا من قدر الله أنه سيدخل النار ،
أي :
سبق له في علم الله الشقاوة .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
