Had it been Allah’s Will to have offspring, He could have chosen whatever He willed of His creation. Glory be to Him! He is Allah—the One, the Supreme.

قوله تعالى : لو أراد الله أن يتخذ ولدا لاصطفى مما يخلق ما يشاء أي لو أراد أن يسمي أحدا من خلقه بهذا ما جعله - عز وجل - إليهم . سبحانه أي تنزيها له عن الولد هو الله الواحد القهار .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
