And so your Lord’s decree has been proven true against the disbelievers—that they will be the inmates of the Fire.

قوله تعالى : وكذلك حقت أي وجبت ولزمت ، مأخوذ من الحق لأنه اللازم . كلمة ربك هذه قراءة العامة على التوحيد . وقرأ نافع وابن عامر : " كلمات " جمعا . على الذين كفروا أنهم قال الأخفش : أي : لأنهم وبأنهم . قال الزجاج : ويجوز إنهم بكسر الهمزة . أصحاب النار أي : المعذبون بها . وتم الكلام .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
