He is the Ever-Living. There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. So call upon Him with sincere devotion, ˹saying,˺ “All praise is for Allah—Lord of all worlds.”

هو الحي أي الباقي الذي لا يموت لا إله إلا هو فادعوه مخلصين له الدين أي الطاعة والعبادة . الحمد لله رب العالمين قال الفراء : هو خبر وفيه إضمار أمر أي : ادعوه واحمدوه . وقد مضى هذا كله مستوفى في " البقرة " وغيرها . وقال ابن عباس : من قال : " لا إله إلا الله " فليقل الحمد لله رب العالمين .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
