To Him belong the keys ˹of the treasuries˺ of the heavens and the earth. He gives abundant or limited provisions to whoever He wills. Indeed, He has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of all things.

قوله تعالى : له مقاليد السماوات والأرض يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء ويقدر إنه بكل شيء عليمقوله تعالى : له مقاليد السماوات والأرض تقدم في ( الزمر ) بيانه . النحاس : والذي يملك المفاتيح يملك الخزائن ، يقال للمفتاح : إقليد ، وجمعه على غير قياس ، كمحاسن والواحد حسن . ( يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء ويقدر إنه بكل شيء عليم ) تقدم أيضا في غير موضع .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
