or grants both, sons and daughters, ˹to whoever He wills˺, and leaves whoever He wills infertile. He is indeed All-Knowing, Most Capable.

فمن الخلق من يهب له إناثا، ومنهم من يهب له ذكورا، ومنهم من يزوجه، أي: يجمع له ذكورا وإناثا، ومنهم من يجعله عقيما لا يولد له.{ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ } بكل شيء { قَدِيرٌ } على كل شيء، فيتصرف بعلمه وإتقانه الأشياء، وبقدرته في مخلوقاته.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
