In fact, they say, “We found our forefathers following a ˹particular˺ way, and we are following in their footsteps.”

آیت 22 { بَلْ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّا وَجَدْنَآ اٰبَآئَ نَا عَلٰٓی اُمَّۃٍ وَّاِنَّا عَلٰٓی اٰثٰرِہِمْ مُّہْتَدُوْنَ } ”بلکہ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے تو اپنے آباء و اَجداد کو پایا ایک راستے پر اور اب ہم ان ہی کے نقش ِقدم پر ہدایت یافتہ ہیں۔“
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
