يقول تعالى لنبيه محمد - صلوات الله وسلامه عليه ( إنا أرسلناك شاهدا ) أي : على الخلق ، ( ومبشرا ) أي : للمؤمنين ، ( ونذيرا ) أي : للكافرين . وقد تقدم تفسيرها في سورة " الأحزاب " .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
