He is the One Who sends down clear revelations to His servant to bring you out of darkness and into light. For indeed Allah is Ever Gracious and Most Merciful to you.

قوله تعالى : هو الذي ينزل على عبده آيات بينات يريد القرآن . وقيل : المعجزات ، أي : لزمكم الإيمان بمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ؛ لما معه من المعجزات ، والقرآن أكبرها وأعظمها .ليخرجكم أي : بالقرآن . وقيل : بالرسول . وقيل : بالدعوة . من الظلمات وهو الشرك والكفر إلى النور وهو الإيمان . وإن الله بكم لرءوف رحيم .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
