Or do they have associate-gods ˹supporting this claim˺? Then let them bring forth their associate-gods, if what they say is true.

" أم لهم شركاء " أي ألهم والميم صلة . " شركاء " أي شهداء .فليأتوا بشركائهم يشهدون على ما زعموا ." إن كانوا صادقين " في دعواهم . وقيل : أي فليأتوا بشركائهم إن أمكنهم ; فهو أمر معناه التعجيز .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
