But those who deny Our signs will be afflicted with punishment for their rebelliousness.

قوله تعالى : والذين كذبوا بآياتنا يمسهم العذاب بما كانوا يفسقون قوله تعالى : والذين كذبوا بآياتنا أي : بالقرآن والمعجزات . وقيل : بمحمد عليه الصلاة والسلام . يمسهم العذاب أي : يصيبهم بما كانوا يفسقون أي : يكفرون .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
