6:87
ومن ابايهم وذرياتهم واخوانهم واجتبيناهم وهديناهم الى صراط مستقيم ٨٧
وَمِنْ ءَابَآئِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّـٰتِهِمْ وَإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ ۖ وَٱجْتَبَيْنَـٰهُمْ وَهَدَيْنَـٰهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍۢ مُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ ٨٧
وَمِنۡ
ءَابَآئِهِمۡ
وَذُرِّيَّٰتِهِمۡ
وَإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡۖ
وَٱجۡتَبَيۡنَٰهُمۡ
وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمۡ
إِلَىٰ
صِرَٰطٖ
مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
٨٧
And ˹We favoured˺ some of their forefathers, their descendants, and their brothers. We chose them and guided them to the Straight Path.

السعدي Al-Sa'di
{ وَمِنْ آبَائِهِمْ }
أي: آباء هؤلاء المذكورين
{ وَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْ وَإِخْوَانِهِمْ }
أي: وهدينا من آباء هؤلاء وذرياتهم وإخوانهم.
{ وَاجْتَبَيْنَاهُمْ }
أي: اخترناهم
{ وَهَدَيْنَاهُمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ }
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
