এরা হল তারাই যাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর ‘আযাবের সিদ্ধান্ত হয়ে গেছে, তাদের মত জ্বিন ও মানুষের মধ্যে হতে যারা তাদের পূর্বে গত হয়ে গেছে। এরা চরমভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
