إِلَىٰ
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ
فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ
وَكَانُواْ
قَوۡمًا
عَالِينَ
٤٦

to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and were a tyrannical people.
