Y [también les ha prometido] otras victorias que no tienen capacidad de conseguir, pero que Dios les tiene reservadas. Dios tiene poder sobre todas las cosas.

{ وَأُخْرَى } أي: وعدكم أيضا غنيمة أخرى { لَمْ تَقْدِرُوا عَلَيْهَا } وقت هذا الخطاب، { قَدْ أَحَاطَ اللَّهُ بِهَا } أي: هو قادر عليها، وتحت تدبيره وملكه، وقد وعدكموها، فلا بد من وقوع ما وعد به، لكمال اقتدار الله تعالى، ولهذا قال:{ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرًا }
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
