Ti chiedono di affrettare il castigo. Giammai Allah mancherà alla Sua promessa. Invero un solo giorno presso il tuo Signore vale come mille anni di quelli che contate.

ويستعجلك- أيها الرسول- كفار قريش -لشدة جهلهم- بالعذاب الذي أنذرتهم به لمَّا أصروا على الكفر، ولن يخلف الله ما وعدهم به من العذاب فلا بدَّ من وقوعه، وقد عجَّل لهم في الدينا ذلك في يوم «بدر» . وإن يومًا من الأيام عند الله -وهو يوم القيامة- كألف سنة مما تَعُدُّون من سني الدنيا.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
