Pre-Eg. n. Di versetti. Il nome della sura deriva dal primo versetto. In nome di Allah, il Compassionevole, il Misericordioso. Invero coloro che non credono all’altra vita se ne allontanano.

وإن الذين لا يؤمنون بالآخرة أي بالبعث . عن الصراط لناكبون قيل : هو مثل الأول . وقيل : إنهم عن طريق الجنة لناكبون حتى يصيروا إلى النار . نكب عن الطريق ينكب نكوبا إذا عدل عنه ومال إلى غيره ؛ ومنه نكبت الريح إذا لم تستقم على مجرى . وشر الريح النكباء .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
