Elargimmo su di lui e su Isacco [la pienezza della benedizione]. Tra i loro discendenti c’è il virtuoso e colui che è palesemente ingiusto nei suoi stessi confronti.

( وباركنا عليه ) يعني : على إبراهيم في أولاده ، ( وعلى إسحاق ) بكون أكثر الأنبياء من نسله ، ( ومن ذريتهما محسن ) أي : مؤمن ، ) ( وظالم لنفسه ) أي : كافر ، ) ( مبين ) ظاهر .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
