Se ti trattano da bugiardo, [sappi che] trattarono da bugiardi i Profeti che vennero prima di te 1 , che avevano portato prove chiarissime, il Salterio e il Libro che illumina 2 “.

فإن كذَّبك -أيها الرسول- هؤلاء اليهود وغيرهم من أهل الكفر، فقد كذَّب المبطلون كثيرًا من المرسلين مِن قبلك، جاءوا أقوامهم بالمعجزات الباهرات والحجج الواضحات، والكتب السماوية التي هي نور يكشف الظلمات، والكتابِ البيِّن الواضح.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
