Perché mai non credete in Allah, nonostante che il Messaggero vi esorti a credere nel vostro Signore? Egli ha accettato il vostro patto 1, [rispettatelo] se siete credenti.

وأيُّ عذر لكم في أن لا تصدقوا بوحدانية الله وتعملوا بشرعه، والرسول يدعوكم إلى ذلك، وقد أخذ الله ميثاقكم على ذلك، إن كنتم مؤمنين بالله خالقكم؟
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
