Allah non vi proibisce di essere buoni e giusti nei confronti di coloro che non vi hanno combattuto per la vostra religione e che non vi hanno scacciato dalle vostre case, poiché Allah ama coloro che si comportano con equità.

جہاں تک عدل و انصاف کا تعلق ہے وہ ہر ایک سے کیا جائے گا، خواہ فریق ثانی دشمن ہو یا غیر دشمن۔ مگر دوستی کا تعلق ہر ایک سے درست نہیں۔ دوستی صرف اسی کے ساتھ جائز ہے جو اللہ کا دوست ہو یا کم از کم یہ کہ وہ اللہ کا دشمن نہ ہو۔
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
