Gli demmo Isacco e Giacobbe, e li guidammo entrambi. E in precedenza guidammo Noè; tra i suoi discendenti [guidammo]: Davide, Salomone, Giobbe, Giuseppe, Mosè e Aronne. Così Noi ricompensiamo quelli che fanno il bene.

ومننَّا على إبراهيم عليه السلام بأن رزقناه إسحاق ابنًا ويعقوب حفيدًا، ووفَّقنا كلا منهما لسبيل الرشاد، وكذلك وفَّقنا للحق نوحًا -من قبل إبراهيم وإسحاق ويعقوب- وكذلك وفَّقنا للحق من ذرية نوح داود وسليمان وأيوب ويوسف وموسى وهارون عليهم السلام، وكما جزينا هؤلاء الأنبياء بإحسانهم نجزي كل محسن.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
