فما كان دعواهم اذ جاءهم باسنا الا ان قالوا انا كنا ظالمين ٥
فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَىٰهُمْ إِذْ جَآءَهُم بَأْسُنَآ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَـٰلِمِينَ ٥
فَمَا
كَانَ
دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ
إِذۡ
جَآءَهُم
بَأۡسُنَآ
إِلَّآ
أَن
قَالُوٓاْ
إِنَّا
كُنَّا
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٥
Quando li colpì la Nostra severità, non poterono implorare, ma solo dire: «Sì, siamo stati ingiusti!».

فما كان قولهم عند مجيء العذاب إلا الإقرار بالذنوب والإساءة، وأنهم حقيقون بالعذاب الذي نزل بهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
