En Wij zullen hun zeker de bestraffing van het wereldse (leven) dom proeven, vóór de grotere bestraffing, Hopelijk zullen zij terugkeren.

ولنذيقن هؤلاء الفاسقين المكذبين من العذاب الأدنى من البلاء والمحن والمصائب في الدنيا قبل العذاب الأكبر يوم القيامة، حيث يُعذَّبون في نار جهنم؛ لعلهم يرجعون ويتوبون من ذنوبهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
