( أوليس الذي خلق السماوات والأرض بقادر ) قرأ يعقوب : " يقدر " بالياء على الفعل ( على أن يخلق مثلهم بلى ) أي : قل : بلى ، هو قادر على ذلك ( وهو الخلاق )[ يخلق خلقا بعد خلق ] ، ) ( العليم ) بجميع ما خلق .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
