Wees daarom geduldig tot het Oordeel van jouw Heer komt, en wees niet als de Profeet Yôenoes, toen hij (tot Allah) riep terwijl hij verbolgen was.

( فاصبر لحكم ربك ) اصبر على أذاهم لقضاء ربك ( ولا تكن ) في الضجر والعجلة ( كصاحب الحوت ) وهو يونس بن متى ( إذ نادى ) ربه [ في ] بطن الحوت ( وهو مكظوم ) مملوء غما .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
