Voorzeker. zij loochenden de Waarheid toen die tot hen kwam, maar spoedig zullen berichten hen bereiken over wat zij plachten te bespotten.

لقد جحد هؤلاء الكفار الحقَّ الذي جاءهم به محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وسخروا من دعاته; جهلا منهم بالله واغترارًا بإمهاله إياهم، فسوف يرون ما استهزءوا به أنه الحق والصدق، ويبين الله للمكذبين كذبهم وافتراءهم، وسيجازيهم عليه.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
