Cumpri o pacto com Deus, se houverdes feito, e não perjureis, depois de haverdes jurado solenemente, uma vez quehaveis tomado Deus por garantia, porque Deus sabe tudo quanto fazeis.

والتزموا الوفاء بكل عهد أوجبتموه على أنفسكم بينكم وبين الله -تعالى- أو بينكم وبين الناس فيما لا يخالف كتاب الله وسنة نبيه، ولا ترجعوا في الأيمان بعد أن أكَّدْتموها، وقد جعلتم الله عليكم كفيلا وضامنًا حين عاهدتموه. إن الله يعلم ما تفعلونه، وسيجزيكم عليه.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
