Porém, quando lhes é dito: Vinde, que o Mensageiro de Deus implorará, para vós, o perdão!, meneiam a cabeça e os vêsafastarem-se, ensoberbecidos.

وإذا قيل لهؤلاء المنافقين: أقبلوا تائبين معتذرين عمَّا بدر منكم من سيِّئ القول وسفه الحديث، يستغفر لكم رسول الله ويسأل الله لكم المغفرة والعفو عن ذنوبكم، أمالوا رؤوسهم وحركوها استهزاءً واستكبارًا، وأبصرتهم -أيها الرسول- يعرضون عنك، وهم مستكبرون عن الامتثال لما طُلِب إليهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
