أرسَلْتُ رسلا إلى خَلْقي مُبشِّرين بثوابي، ومنذرين بعقابي; لئلا يكون للبشر حجة يعتذرون بها بعد إرسال الرسل. وكان الله عزيزًا في ملكه، حكيمًا في تدبيره.
