حَقَّ

ٱلۡقَوۡلُ

عَلَىٰٓ

أَكۡثَرِهِمۡ

فَهُمۡ

لَا

يُؤۡمِنُونَ

The decree ˹of torment˺ has already been justified against most of them, for they will never believe.
