لِّيُنذِرَ

مَن

كَانَ

حَيّٗا

وَيَحِقَّ

ٱلۡقَوۡلُ

عَلَى

ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ

to warn whoever is ˹truly˺ alive and fulfil the decree ˹of torment˺ against the disbelievers.
